Paul is a business manager, strategist, solution architect and project manager based in Melbourne. Paul has over 20 years of experience across the defence, utilities, communications, resources, and financial services industries.
Paul has extensive experience in the planning, architecture and design of large-scale enterprise infrastructure and system integration delivery. His current focus is on the initial strategy and positioning of client solutions, providing analysis and diagnostics of potential solutions and defining high-level plans for initial program positioning. He also has extensive experience in systems integration and infrastructure delivery projects, specifically in solution architecture and planning for enterprise scale systems.
Paul has broad project management and stakeholder management experience across a range of project / program environments. He is skilled at initial planning and positioning and working with key stakeholders and senior management to set expectations, outline strategies, define outcomes and deliverables and steer to the required outcome.
